Each individual may hold only one cpunkplay account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. cpunkplay uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. cpunkplay will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified cpunkplay of unauthorized access in writing.
cpunkplay is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. cpunkplay reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email or SMS before inactivity fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. cpunkplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. cpunkplay does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your name and matching your verified identity on file with cpunkplay. cpunkplay reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. cpunkplay reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. VIP players may be subject to separate bonus terms as outlined in the VIP program documentation.

The cpunkplay platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
cpunkplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at cpunkplay's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure by the Player, any verified Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting cpunkplay customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to cpunkplay's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory body with jurisdiction over the matter.
